Cashew & Date Energy Balls



So simple and tasty

Ingredients

100g cashews

50g
 pitted dates

4 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method:

In a food processor, blitz the cashews and dates for 1 minute, until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

Using
 your hands, roll the mixture into 15 bite-size energy balls. Roll them in the desiccated coconut and serve.
